The Everest Charity Ball is a grand affair for people from throughout NZ who come together and enjoyed a night of fabulous dancing and a variety of entertainment.

The funds raised are used to help young people to attend a specially designed Sir Edmond Hillary outdoor adventure programme and for these youth to absorb the values that Sir Edmund Hillary personified. What a fantastic opportunity!

The 2008 Ball raised just under Seven and a half thousand dollars which has given eight lucky Taupo Youth experience of a five day Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation course in December 2008.  See beneficiaries stories from the side menu.
